A FAMILY STORY
The grandfather of Paul Pinot was at the origin of the purchase of the first vineyard. Paul's son-in-law, Roland Barthélemy, succeeded him and continued to expand the vineyards with the acquisition of new parcels of vines.

TODAY
Laurent and Jérôme preserve the tradition and the know-how that their ancestors passed down to them.
With a surface of 2.5 hectares, the family farm is located mainly on the municipalities of Moussy, Pierry, Vinay and Saint Martin d'Ablois in the Valley of the Marne.
GRAPE VARIETIES
The production is composed of 50% Pinot Meunier, 35% Pinot Noir and 15% Chardonnay.
Champagne can only be made with grapes from these three noble grape varieties.
Pinot noir (black grape with white juice) gives the wine a body and longevity.
Chardonnay (white grape juice) brings finesse and elegance.
Pinot meunier (black grape with white juice) gives freshness and youth.
